Bonneville Power Administration proposes to fund the Confederated Tribe of Warm Springs, as part of the Columbia Basin Fish Accords, to perform routine maintenance activities on three existing office buildings for the Branch of Natural Resources staff at the Warm Springs Reservation tribal headquarters in Warm Springs,Oregon. Maintenance work would include replacing roofs, gutters, and downspouts; replacing windows and exterior entry doors; repairing HVAC ducting and vapor barriers; and updating smoke alarms and emergency lighting. There is no ground disturbance associated with the work and all work would take place on existing structures built in the 1980s.
