The U.S. Department of Energy proposes projects to remediate and restore the Bayview Planning Area Parcel 1 (the Bayview Parcel 1 Cleanup Project) and to design, construct, operate, and modify a parcel lease for a new facility called the Biological and Environmental Program Integration Center (BioEPIC; also herein “the BioEPIC Project”) at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
