Mission Valley Power is providing 7.2-kilovolt back up power to Bonneville Power Administration's Dixon Substation. Mission Valley Power would place a wood pole, including guy anchors and bring the power overhead to that pole and then run the power underground to a meter just outside the substation. The proposed work would occur on Bonneville Power Administration-owned land surrounding the Dixon Substation and within the substation fenceline.
