CX-019587: Closure of Four Solvent Storage Tanks (S33 - S36) Located near Consolidated Incineration Facility

Absorbing of minimal organic liquid in Solvent Storage Tanks 33 - 36 located near Consolidated Incineration Facility and followed by grout filling for closure. Rev. 3 to perform Mechanical Dismantling & Removal of Vent Piping. This work includes scope identified on Rev. 3 Attachment. Rev. 4 addition of scope to include removal and cutting of process piping and the decant tank, removal of associated equipment including pumps, supports and the decant tank. Encapsulation of remaining process piping, filling of contamination chambers with grout or concrete. Increase the elevation of the  footprint to the heights of the risers by adding grout or controlled low strength material.
