CX-019576: H-Area Electronic Safeguards Security System Replacement

This project (Y721) replaces the Electronic Safeguards Security System with the Argus security system in H-Area, including HB-Line, H-Canyon, and H/F Tank Farms. The project will maintain all Electronic Safeguards Security System functionality by replacing Electronic Safeguards Security System sub-systems with Argus. These subsystems include: Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System, and the Closed-Circuit Television Camera & Video System (referred to as Integrated Video Assessment System).
