Mission Support Alliance and its subcontractors perform removal of Polychlorinated Biphenyl-containing items, Polychlorinated Biphenyl-containing oils flushed from transformers, Polychlorinated Biphenyl-flushing solutions, and Polychlorinated Biphenyl-containing spill materials from buildings or other aboveground locations in accordance with applicable requirements.
