CX-019196: 294-2H Manway Building Bulkhead Installation and Field Installation

Remove the 12-inch x 12-inch existing raincover and bulkhead located on the west side of the 294-2H Manway Building. Current raincover and bulkhead is fastened to the Manway Building. Install a new bulkhead, this bulkhead contains connections for cable and a duct port. DCF, A-DCF-H-00240 is currently being developed to address removal of existing raincover and bulkhead and installation of the new bulkhead.
