A subcontractor will design and construct a permeable reactive barrier in the subsurface to intersect volatile organic compound contamination within the P-Area groundwater plumes. The permeable reactive barrier will extend from approximately 35 feet below land surface to 150 feet below land surface and will be approximately 4 inches thick.
