Subcontractor shall supply all equipment, transportation, and personnel required to provide Fire Protection Engineering technical services to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Tasks include the performance of: inspection, testing, engineering, plan review, risk assessment, compliance assessments, program evaluation, maintenance oversight, and general consultation, for Strategic Petroleum Reserve Fire Protection Program related issues.
