CX-018665: Upgrade PIG Launcher Equipment at Big Hill and Sun Terminal

The contractor shall provide tools, equipment, materials, consumables, services, transportation, storage, and supervision to make improvement at Sun Terminal-5110 at Big Hill site. Improvement’s include: replace closure door with TWINLOCK Quick Opening Enclosure, lengthen sump area, replace the PIG signals with an intrusive, bi-directional, combination design, and design/replace interior PIG loading/receiving trays with non-magnetic, Teflon coated equal, and add two block valves downstream of the Pressure Support Ventilation and bleed valve upstream of Pressure Support Ventilation.
