CX-018662: Activity-Specific Categorical Exclusion for Project L-720 Outdoor Lighting Reconfiguration and Replacement

The United States Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, Infrastructure and Services Division proposes to reconfigure and replace outdoor lighting under Project L-720. The project would modify the street lighting in 200-East Area and 200-West Area by removing unnecessary lighting, upgrading existing fixtures to higher efficiency fixtures, and installing new high efficiency fixtures in low-light areas.
