CX-018530: Santiam Kingston Hills Acquisition

Bonneville Power Administration is proposing to fund Greenbelt Land Trust to purchase the Santiam Kingston Hills property, which is 404.69-acre parcel of land located approximately 2.5 miles east of Stayton in Linn County, Oregon. The United States would hold a conservation easement, which Bonneville Power Administration would manage, to permanently protect, mitigate, and enhance fish and wildlife and their habitat. Bonneville Power Administration would also provide stewardship funds toward maintenance of the property to the landowner, Greenbelt Land Trust.
