CX-018492: Replace Two Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Units for Building Number 201 Bryan Mound

The contractor shall provide all material, tools, hardware, software, electronics, mechanical and electrical devices, consumables, equipment, supplies, transportation, facilities, labor, supervision and engineering support to replace two heating, ventilation, and air conditioning constant temperature split system units with two constant temperature packaged units of the same voltage and capacity. The contractor shall recover the refrigerant by vacuum removal from the existing units CCUC-3 and CCUC-4 prior to the start of demolition.
