CX-018430: Effluent Treatment Plant 8H Retention Basin Outfall Flow Meter/Totalizer and Sampler

A flow meter with volume totalizing capability is desired to be installed on discharge piping from Effluent Treatment Plant 241-8H retention basin to H-012 (and future H-016) outfalls. Volume tracking capability is needed for more accurate reporting of discharges to impacted stakeholders (Environmental, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, etc.).  A sampler is also needed to collect a flow proportional sample during discharge for National Pollutant Discharge Eliminations System and Radiological Effluent reporting purposes.
