CX-018383: H-Area E3S Replacement and Argus Implementation

This project (Y721) replaces the E3S security system with the Argus security system in H-Area, including HB-Line, H-Canyon, and H/F Tank Farms. The project will maintain all E3S functionality by replacing E3S sub-systems with Argus.  These subsystems include:  Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System, and the Closed-Circuit Television Camera and Video System (referred to as Integrated Video Assessment System).
