CX-018337: Administrative Support Complex

The original National Environmental Policy Act document for the subject project discussed the purpose and need for a new Administrative Support Complex that would provide Pantex Plant with a new office building with a multi-purpose and multi-disciplinary environment.  At the time the original National Environmental Policy Act document was prepared and approved, the final selection had not been made for the location of the Administrative Support Complex.  The determination was made that the Administrative Support Complex would not be constructed on government-owned property nor with government funding.
