CX-018226: Building 18 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Project

The scope of the Kesselring Site Building 18 heating, ventilation, and air conditioning Project is to replace the existing air handling units and their paired air cooled condensing units with two roof top units that will connect to the existing first and second floor ductwork systems. The new units will sit outside, one on the north end of the building on a new exterior concrete pad sized for the new equipment and one on the south end of the building on an existing pad sized for the equipment.
