CX-018193: Wireless Communication Upgrades at Various Sites in Oregon and Washington

Bonneville Power Administration proposes to allow AT&T and Verizon to upgrade their antennas and equipment at five existing wireless sites on Bonneville Power Administration transmission towers in central Oregon and western Washington. The work would consist of removing antennas and replacing those with new antennas.
