Bonneville Power Administration proposes to add equipment in several existing substations in Morrow and Umatilla Counties, Oregon to allow Umatilla Electrical Cooperative a new point of interconnection. The interconnection would allow Umatilla Electrical Cooperative to serve additional electric loads in the area.
