CX-017910: Survey for Abandoned Wellheads

The subcontractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, facilities, labor, supervision and services required to perform the work in connection with this Project WHOM-1828. A licensed land surveyor registered in the state of Louisiana (subcontractor) will provide technical services to locate 5 Olin Company abandoned wellheads by performing a survey and placing a wooden stake at the probable location of the 5 abandoned underground wellheads based on existing coordinate records.
