Bonneville Power Administration proposes to upgrade the San Juan Islands cable alarm system at Fidalgo and Lopez Island substations. The work includes about 80 feet of trenching within the Fidalgo Substation yard and about 320 feet of trenching within the Lopez Island Substation yard. Both trenches would be about two feet deep within previously excavated material.
