Sabine Pass Liquefaction, Limited Liability Company (Sabine Pass), a Delaware limited liability company with its primary place of business in Houston, Texas, filed an application (Application) with the Office of Fossil Energy on December 20, 2017, seeking blanket authorization to engage in short-term exports of domestically produced liquefied natural gas in a volume up to the equivalent of 600 billion cubic feet of natural gas for a term of two years. Sabine Pass seeks to export the LNG from the Sabine Pass liquefied natural gas Terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, to any non-free trade agreement country with which trade is not prohibited by United States law or policy.
