Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision required to excavate, inspect and repair two external corrosion anomalies on the WH-Sun 42-inch crude oil pipeline. Tasks include excavation and backfilling, cleaning and examination, UT testing, repairs, welding, and hydrostatic testing. Work is located in wetlands. A consistency determination and programmatic general permit is required prior to commencement of construction.
