Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe proposed to hire a consultant to assist the tribe with energy audits of current Tribal facilities and upgrade the tribal facilities to become more energy efficient. Planned retrofits at the Indian Museum include installing missing storm panels, insulating the floor, replacing lighting/lamps. Planned retrofits at the NRD Offices include installing windows, energy efficient appliances, replacing bulbs, replacing condensing boiler and a domestic hot water tank, installing air conditioning unit, and installing an approximate 9 kilowatt photovoltaic array.
