Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico (SNL/NM) proposes to install an X-ray diffractometer (XRD) instrument, in the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) Core Facility,. The high-resolution X-ray diffractometer would have a range of easily interchangeable (modular) accessories for the analysis of various nanomaterial properties. This system was included in the original tools that were planned for the CINT Core Facility, and was included in the analysis of the "Environmental Assessment for the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies at Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico."
