On Wednesday, August 16, 2023, the Grid Deployment Office hosted an informational webinar to provide an overview of the full application filing requirements for the Maintaining and Enhancing Hydroelectricity Incentives (EPAct 2005 Section 247). The window for Letters of Intent (LOI) closed on June 22, 2023. Full applications must be received by October 6, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
To be eligible to file a full application, prospective applicants must have first filed a Letter of Intent.
