Richard Runnels

Rick Runnels is the Operations Support Manager with URS Professional Solutions. In this role he provides resource, expertise and personal oversight as a senior technical consultant for startup readiness and performance assurance activities within nuclear projects across the DOE complex and in the UK. Prior to joining URS, Mr. Runnels had over 30 years' experience in engineering and facility operations line assignments, predominately at SRS and most recently at LLNL. Mr. Runnels has also played a leadership role in helping to sustain work control improvements at various sites through coaching and formal evaluation processes. Mr. Runnels has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of South Florida.
