Bob McQuinn is Vice President of Performance Assurance for URS. Bob is a Chemical Engineer and has been managing the nuclear chemical separation plants in the DOE complex since 1978. He has managed facilities at Savannah River, Hanford, and most recently was Associate Director of Nuclear and High Hazard Operations at LANL.
