In the offices of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) in Portland, Oregon, LED luminaires and connected lighting controls were installed on the 13th floor. Initial evaluations in this Living Lab focused on insights from installers and evaluators during installation, configuration, and initial operation.

Evaluations assessed daylighting (supplementing learning at the Parsons Living Lab) plus many other system capabilities such as control of occupancy and vacancy, dimming, scene control task tuning, energy monitoring, and luminaire diagnostics monitoring.
