The U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) held a Hydrogen Compression, Storage, and Dispensing Cost Reduction Workshop on March 20–21, 2013, in Argonne, Illinois. The workshop featured 36 participants representing industry, government, and national laboratories with expertise in the relevant fields. The objective of the workshop was to identify the research, development, and demonstration needs in the areas of compression, storage, and dispensing (CSD) to enable cost reduction of hydrogen fuel at fueling stations (forecourt).
