On November 6, 2020, the National Nuclear Security Administration issued Preliminary Notices of Violation (WEA-2020-01) to Triad National Security, LLC, and (WEA-2020-02) to Cross Connection Inc., for violations of the Department of Energy’s worker safety and health program requirements (10 C.F.R. 851) associated with material-handling activity that resulted in subcontractor worker serious injury at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
