Assessment of Safety System Management at the H-Canyon Facility at the Savannah River Site
The U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Nuclear Safety and Environmental Assessments, within the independent Office of Enterprise Assessments, conducted a safety system management assessment of the evaporator interlocks and the canyon exhaust system at the Savannah River Site H-Canyon Facility. The Office of Environmental Management Savannah River Operations Office has overall responsibility for the site. The management and operating contractor for the site, and for H-Canyon in particular, is Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC.
