Kelsey Hamilton is a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Technology Transitions (OTT), where she excels in managing and developing technology transition projects in collaboration with DOE offices and our Partnership Intermediaries (EnergyWerx, ConnectWerx, and TechWerx). Since joining OTT in September 2023, she has played a crucial role in the success of the Partnership Intermediary Pilot.
Previously, as an Energy Engineer at Resource Energy Systems, Kelsey optimized tenant utility billing for developments. At 2RW Consultants, she implemented energy conservation measures across various building types. Her tenure at Navigant Consulting saw her conducting key analyses for the DOE Solid-State Lighting Program, demonstrating her depth of expertise in the energy sector.
Kelsey holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Physics from the University of Virginia. Her technical background, combined with her experience across different facets of energy engineering and consultancy, positions her as a leader in facilitating effective technology transitions.
