Jennifer Nelden is the Associate Director for Workforce Management at the Office of Technology Transitions, (OTT), where she oversees all aspects of Human Resources. Since joining the Department of Energy in 2016, she’s played a key role in establishing the Classification Branch during the launch of the Science and Energy Shared Service Center.
Before her tenure at the Department of Energy, Jennifer honed her skills at the Department of the Army, serving as a Human Resources Specialist in the Civilian Human Resource Agency, specializing in classification, recruitment, and placement. With her passion for workforce development, Jennifer is dedicated to fostering a thriving and supportive work environment at OTT.
