HR Management Analyst
Ben joins OTT as an HR management analyst . Ben previously served as a Management Analyst at the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases where he worked on contract and acquisition oversight, workforce data analytics, workforce management systems, and performance management. Prior to NIAID, Ben spent 12 years working for several federal law enforcement agencies and the intelligence community, in the area of drug enforcement and border security, regulatory compliance, systems development and management, supporting complex international investigations and developing interagency partnerships and multilateral agreements.
Prior to his government service, Ben worked in the higher education field, with a portfolio that included educational program development, risk management and student support services.
Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
