Energy.gov Release v7.26.0

Energy.gov Release v7.26.0 included the following updates: 

• Ensured users can remove Homepage Blades
• Allowed Basic Editor/Publishers to create and edit H5P Interactive Content
  • H5P Interactive Content can be created & edited from the Media Library.
