PADUCAH, KY – The U.S. Department of Energy’s Paducah Site has reached a million hours of safe work toward completing cleanup objectives to reduce environmental risk.

PADUCAH, KY – Over the past three years, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) touched nearly 1,000 lives at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Paducah Site, including new and existing workers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

When Babcock & Wilcox Conversion Services took over the DUF6 Project on March 29 of this year, the company had one thing in mind: Bring all seven conversion lines at both plants to fully operational status by Sept. 30, 2011.
