Roxanne Brown spent more than two decades working to advancing the interests of USW members in Washington, D.C., helping shape worker-friendly policies that help the union continue to negotiate strong contracts. As International Vice President at large, Roxanne oversees the union’s public policy and legislative agenda as well as its political work. Roxanne has testified at and participated in briefings on behalf of USW members before the U.S. Congress, at the International Trade Commission (ITC) and before state legislatures. She has represented the USW with global policy-makers, including at the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change.
