Former Legislative Affairs Assistant, Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs

Krystal Milam served as the Legislative Affairs Assistant in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. Previously she served as the Special Assistant in the Office of Nuclear Energy. Prior to joining the agency, she served as a Senior Legislative Assistant in the office of Former Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) where she managed a legislative portfolio and assisted the Congressman on House Appropriations Committee work. Krystal has also worked as a Policy Fellow for the House Committee on Ways & Means and as a Policy Advisor in the office of Former Congressman Alcee Hastings (FL-20). Krystal was a 2018-2020 Legislative STEM Fellow for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. She earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree from John Carroll University and a Masters of Legal Studies from Catholic University of America.
