Twice a year, all Site Specific Advisory Board officers from around the country meet in an EM SSAB Chairs conference. They discuss matters relevant to all the sites as a whole and may make recommendations as a body. At the October 2021 EM SSAB Chairs' meeting, the Chairs approved a recommendation outlining best practices for public outreach and community engagement at EM sites.
ORSSAB voted and concurred on the recommendation at its March 2022 monthly meeting.
