PSH-22-0012 - In the Matter of Personnel Security Hearing

On April 4, 2022, an Administrative Judge (AJ) determined that an Individual's access authorization under 10 C.F.R. Part 710 should not be granted. The Individual had not filed or paid his federal or state tax returns for tax years 2015, 2016, and 2017. At the hearing, the Individual admitted that he had not filed or paid his federal or state tax returns for tax years 2015, 2016, and 2017, and offered no good reason or explanation for his failure to do so.
