FIA-18-0012 - In the Matter of Ayyakkannu Manivannan

On February 12, 2018, the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) denied a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Appeal filed by Dr. Ayyakkannu Manivannan (Appellant) from a final determination issued by the Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL). On Appeal, the Appellant alleged that NETL had not complied with a January 11, 2018, Decision and Order issued by OHA in Ayyakkannu Manivannan, Case No. FIA-17-0049, FIA-17-0050 (2017). After review, OHA determined that NETL properly complied with the previously issued Decision and Order. Accordingly, OHA denied the Appeal.
