Today, the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) released its first Multi-Year Program Plan which describes the broad and interlinked programs that OCED will pursue to achieve its mission, the strategies and frameworks to assess success at the program and portfolio levels, and criteria it will leverage to identify new opportunities for impactful programs in the future. The plan also details the structure that underpins the OCED demonstration approach, including how it manages projects and portfolio risk, and how engagement is employed to inform continuous improvement across the portfolio.
