This report provides a summary of the results of an inspection of the environment, safety, and health and emergency management programs at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Sandia National Laboratories - New Mexico site. The inspection was conducted in January and February 2003 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance. More detailed results are provided in Volume I to this report for the environment, safety and health aspects of the inspection and Volume II for the emergency management aspects of the inspection.
