CX-032313: H Canyon Install Purge Valve on Liquid Level Low Pressure Leg (High Side) on ABD/FCA Designated Storage Vessels

H-Canyon and Outside Facilities TSR (S-TSR-H-00006, Rev. 18), Section 5.7.2.35 states that "The Backup Vessel Air Purge Program shall be established, implemented, and maintained to ensure backup equipment, procedures, and trained personnel are available to provide sufficient air purge to H-Canyon vessels (for example, tanks, dissolvers, and evaporators) after instrument air losses, including from a seismic event, to prevent hydrogen deflagration".
