The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Carbon Technology, Inc for process improvement activities associated with the production of carbon nanotubes. Materials processing for carbon nanotube fabrication would occur at the University of California, Irvine’s Integrated Nanosystems Research Facility in Irvine, California and at the University of California’s Santa Barbara Engineering Sciences Building in Santa Barbara, California.
