CX-032247: Energy Conservation Standards for External Power Supplies

In this direct final rule, DOE is adopting new and amended energy conservation standards for external power supplies. DOE has determined that new and amended conservation standards for these products would result in significant conservation of energy and are technologically feasible and economically justified.
