Allston to Astoria Rebuild Project; Columbia and Clatsop Counties, Oregon
The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issued a Finding of No Significant Impact based on the EA prepared for the Allston to Astoria Rebuild Project (DOE/EA-2260), which assessed the potential environmental impacts of BPA's proposed rebuilding of two 115-kilovolt transmission lines, the 22-mile-long Allston to Driscoll No. 2 and the 21-mile-long Driscoll to Astoria No. 1.
