The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs Office (IE) is proposing to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) (DE-FOA-0003403). The FOA intends to provide financial support to Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) to plan the transition of their campuses to clean energy. All selected awards would be strictly administrative and limited to activities of intellectual, academic, or analytical in nature.
