CX-031682: Repurpose Request for EECBG Financing Program Funds – City of Lansing, MI

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to repurpose the remaining amount of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds (approximately $ 230,000.00) originally awarded to the City of Lansing, Michigan (Recipient) for a revolving loan program to create and execute a new design plan to update and replace conventional traffic signal and street light bulbs and ballasts with energy efficient options. This would reduce the City’s ARRA fund balance to zero ($0.00).
